Product & How It Works
Does wearing the magnetic patch hurt or tingle? Not at all. Magnefit™ PRO uses non-invasive magnetic wave technology. You may feel a gentle, soothing warmth around the applied area.
How long should I wear each patch? We recommend applying the patch before bed and wearing it 6–8 hours overnight.
Can I use it on multiple fingers at the same time? Yes — you can apply patches to multiple finger joints at once based on where you feel discomfort.
How long until I notice a difference? Many users report a difference in comfort within the first few days; visible changes in knuckle appearance are typically reported after several weeks of consistent nightly use. Individual results vary.
Can I wear it while washing my hands or showering? Brief contact with water, like washing your hands, is fine. For best adhesion, we recommend removing the patch before showering, bathing, or swimming, then applying a fresh one afterward.
Can I reuse the same patch? Each patch is designed for one wear session (up to 6–8 hours). The adhesive weakens after removal, so we recommend using a fresh patch each time for the best fit and results.
How many patches come in each pack? Each pack contains 20 patches. The 3-Pack includes 60 patches total, and the 5-Pack includes 100 patches total.
Can I use it on other joints, like my wrist or toes? Magnefit™ PRO is designed and sized specifically for finger and knuckle joints. We haven't tested it on other joints, so we recommend using it only as directed.
Safety
Is it safe for everyone to use? Magnefit™ PRO is not recommended for anyone with a pacemaker, implantable defibrillator (ICD), or other implanted electronic medical device, as magnets may interfere with their operation. It is also not recommended during pregnancy. If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether it's right for you, please consult your doctor before use.
Orders & Shipping
How long does processing take? All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
How long does shipping take? 7–15 business days after processing, for all supported countries.
How much does shipping cost? Free shipping on every order, US and international.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes, a tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Do international orders have extra fees? Customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return window? You may return your order within 90 days of the delivery date.
What condition does my return need to be in? Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a change-of-mind return.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
