3. Products and Descriptions
We aim for product descriptions, images, and pricing to be accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, cancel affected orders, and issue a full refund if this happens.
Health and safety disclaimer: Magnefit™ Patch PRO is a wearable magnetic patch intended for general comfort support. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, and consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare provider before use.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability; if we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and Returns
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Our return and refund process is described in our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
6. Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle at the interval and price shown at checkout. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by contacting support@magnefit.co or through your account, subject to the cutoff window disclosed at checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names (Magnefit™, Magnefit™ Patch PRO), and images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site's operation (e.g., malware, scraping, denial-of-service); or submit false or fraudulent orders.
